from Max Spann Real Estate and Auction Company
North Hanover Township, NJ — A one-of-a-kind Burlington County farm owned by New Jersey’s largest commercial racehorse breeder is to be put on the auction block next month.
Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. has scheduled the auction for Wednesday, October 12, at 1 p.m. at the farm, 274 Jacobstown-Arneytown Road, North Hanover Township.
The 310-acre farm is one of several horse breeding operations owned by Perretti Farms, New Jersey’s largest breeder of Standardbred race horses. Anthony Perretti, the farm’s general manager, announced in August his plans to wind down operations over the next two years and sell the properties. Perretti also owns farms in Cream Ridge, Monmouth County.
An open house is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, from noon to 2 p.m. The farm features an office building, multiple barns and machine sheds. On the 310 acres, there is ample space to build a grand home, while keeping picture-perfect views of the rolling hills. The property is protected from development by the state’s farmland preservation program.
To take the next step, call 888.299.1438 for the property information package, attend the auction and bid.
