Columbus, OH — The Anderson (IN) Herald-Bulletin is reporting that the Indiana Horse Racing Commission handed down a career-ending sentence to a Standardbred trainer accused of horse abuse at a local training facility.
Muncie trainer Bobby Brower was issued a default judgment after he failed to request a trial by a 20-day deadline, the Commission ruled Tuesday (March 7) at its meeting at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.
