Columbus, OH — Bruce Munn, 78, who worked for many years in the sport in several capacities, died Jan. 25, 2012.

Mr. Munn worked as the Racing Secretary at Suffolk Downs in 1971. He also spent time as Program Director at Liberty Bell Park the same year. He then worked at Brandywine Raceway (1974-1976) and Monticello Raceway (1978-1988) in the capacity of Racing Secretary.
In 1991, Mr. Munn spent a season as General Manager of Buffalo Raceway. During that year, he served as a USTA director.
After leaving Buffalo, he went back to his Racing Secretary roots at Harrington Raceway, retiring in 2006.
Mr. Munn had been a lifetime member of the North American Harness Racing Secretaries organization.
