Freehold, NJ — Cat Manzi, Freehold’s perennial driving champion, scored six wins on Saturday, March 8.

Manzi’s victories came in the second with Western Mac ($8.20), the third with Leather ($11.40), the sixth with Dream Proof ($4.80), and in the ninth, 10th and 11th races with Meritage Hanover ($3.20), Mr Sting Ray ($15.00) and Macho Uno ($36.00).

Saturday’s six wins bring Manzi’s career total to 12,844 with 101 coming this year.

Live racing resumes at Freehold Raceway on Wednesday, March 12. First race post is set for 12:30 p.m.

Freehold Raceway is the nation’s oldest and fastest daytime half-mile harness racing track.
