This week will find the trotters and pacers in action on Saturday and Sunday nights (Feb. 7-8) at Cal Expo, with a $9,900 carryover in the Hi-5 on Saturday and a $35,000 guaranteed pool.

The Woodbine Entertainment Group would like to advise horsepeople of a change to the start time for Thursday’s (Feb. 5) qualifying session at Woodbine.

Due to the inclement weather conditions, qualifiers at Northville Downs have been canceled for Wednesday (Feb. 4).

Tuesday (Feb. 3) marks the second consecutive day Yonkers Raceway has canceled both its live racing and simulcasting due to the wintry conditions in and around the greater New York area.

Northfield Park is announcing the addition of a $40,000 Pick-5 total pool guarantee to Tuesday’s (Feb. 3) program.

On Tuesday (Feb. 3) the live card at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino will feature two total pool guarantees — a $12,500 guarantee for the Pick-5 and a $5,000 guarantee for the Pick-4.

Yonkers Raceway has canceled its live racing program for Monday (Feb. 2) due to the wintry conditions that have hit the greater New York area. Monday simulcasting has also been canceled.

Due to blowing and drifting snow, Monticello Raceway has canceled live racing and both day and evening simulcasting on Monday (Feb. 2).

The Raceway at Western Fair District wishes to advise horse people and customers that live racing is on as scheduled this evening (Monday, Feb. 2).

Due to more impending bad weather supposedly descending upon the greater New York area, Yonkers Raceway has rescheduled its draw for the Friday (Feb. 6) program.
