Crossfit Mouse springs 14-1 upset in Meadows feature

Washington, PA – Dismissed at 14-1, Crossfit Mouse roared widest through the lane to spring the upset in Friday’s (Aug. 6) feature at The Meadows, a $12,100 Conditioned Trot.

Crossfit Mouse followed the first-over cover of Rainbowinthewest, but when that one tired, Hunter Myers needed to send the 4-year-old Muscle Mass-Zumba Mouse gelding three wide into the final turn. Crossfit Mouse was more than willing, kicking by the leaders and scoring in a career-best 1:54.1. Keystone Chaos was second, a head back, with early leader Stickler Hanover third.
