Dutch victory in Denmark’s Copenhagen Cup

Copenhagen, Denmark – 7-year-old trotter Mister F Daag trained by Paul Hagoort and with Robin Bakker in the bike won this year’s Copenhagen Cup at Charlottenlund racetrack in Copenhagen.

Mister F Daag – sired by Conway Hall – won followed by Sweden’s Calle Crown with Christoffer Erikson and Norway’s Stoletheshow with Björn Goop. Mister F Daag was timed in 1.55f (mile rate).

The mile race, Charlottenlund Open was also won by a Dutch trained trotter – and as Mister F Daag German bred.
Officer Stephen – sired by Pastor Stephen – won with trainer/driver Dion Tesselaar in the bike in 1.53.1f.
Another Dutch trained trotter was the most impressive winner on the day.

That was 4-year-old Luuk Schermer with Micha Brouwer, who won in 1.54.4f (mile rate).

Also 4-year-old Seven Nation Army – sired by Chapter Seven – who in the United States was trained by Ray Schnittker – made a good impression winning for Nicklas Korfitsen in 1.56.1f (mile rate).
