Chester, PA — In conjunction with the USTA Strategic Wagering Program, Harrah’s Philadelphia will feature a $10,000 guaranteed pool on the Early Pick-4 on Friday (Aug. 5), prompted by a $2,288.90 carryover from Thursday (Aug. 4).

The Pick-4 begins in the first race on the Thursday program, with a start time of 12:25 p.m. EDT.
