Columbus, OH — Ellison Leland Roach, 83, of Columbiaville, Mich., died Feb. 22, 2022.

Mr. Roach was born June 20, 1938, in Deford, Mich., to the late Arthur and Rachel. He married Edith Williams on June 1, 1957 in Otisville, Mich.

He was a member of the Columbiaville United Methodist Church and Columbiaville Rotary Club. He was also a past boy scout leader and helped coach area little league baseball at one time.

He enjoyed farming, Standardbreds (a former driver/trainer/owner/breeder), all sports, but most of all he loved spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Roach is survived by his sons, Jerry (Barb), Tim (Nancy), Brian (Stacy), and Duane (Mari); sister, Doris Brown; and grandchildren, Zachary, Chelsea, Karlee, Brannon, Dane, Madi, Reilly, and Becca. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; granddaughter, Brianna; grandson, Joshua; and siblings, Emma Dean, Floyd, and Claude.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday (March 12) at the Columbiaville United Methodist Church, Reverend Phil Tousley officiating. Family and friends may visit from 3-8 p.m. on Friday (March 11) at Jansen Family Funeral Home-Columbiaville.
