Columbus, OH — Ohio Governor John Kasich issued an executive order on Thursday (Oct. 20) which allowed the Ohio State Racing Commission to pass emergency rules — similar to a step he took earlier this week for the Ohio Lottery.

Among the rules that the OSRC adopted as a result of the executive order, was one in which an application could be filed for the relocation of a racetrack.
