Trace Tetrick drove Fitz’s Z Tam to a 1:51.4 victory.

Trace Tetrick and Fitz’s Z Tam proved much the best in the Delaware $15,000 male claiming allowance, winning easily in 1:51.4 for trainer Blake Baker and Nanticoke Racing. Cash Cab (Ron Pierce) was next with Laramars Soul (Ross Wolfenden) third.

Baker claimed the Cole Muffler-Broadway Rosemarie gelding in mid-December at Harrah’s Philadelphia. Fitz’s Z Tam won for the second time in his three local starts. In all it was the 8-year-old gelding’s fifth win in his last eight outings.

George Teague unveiled Wiggle It Jiggleit, a prize sophomore sired by one of his former standout campaigners, Mr Wiggles, from the Jenna’s Beach Boy mare Mozzi Hanover. Montrell Teague took the gelding to the front and exploded away from his eight rivals for a 1:52 victory by more than 10 lengths. That’s My Harley (Eddie Davis Jr.) came on late to finish second in front of Card Rustler (Bryan Truitt).

The winner was idle since his last start at Pocono Downs in late August, when he won his first and previously only career start by six lengths in 1:51.2.

The win was second for trainer Teague and driver Teague. They collaborated earlier with a sophomore Total Truth-Enniskerry filly, Thetruthisskerry.

Come On Sparkplug lit up the tote board in the second race when Kim Vincent drove the gelding to victory at 85-1 odds for Teresa Bolles. The 5-year-old paid $173.20 for a $2 win ticket.

Along with George and Montrell Teague, Ross Wolfenden and Jonathan Roberts each had two winners.
