Ocean City, MD – Frank Milby, joined by family and friends, celebrates his 3,000th driving win at Ocean Downs. The win, aboard the “family owned horse”, Lady Kahn, came in the 9th race on June 6, 2022. The win by lady Kahn stopped the teletimer in a 1:56.4 winning time in a $4500 conditioned pace at the vacation land oval.

Trained by his father, Don, Milby, a long time fan favorite and mainstay at Ocean Downs, got his first driving win on December 3, 1998 aboard Megamega Dittos at Rosecroft Raceway.
