Harness racing used books now online

from the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame

Goshen, NY — The Peter Haughton Research Library is pleased to announce that their used book collection is now available for inspection and purchase online.

The latest product addition to the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame’s online gift shop, the offerings include a selection of over 50 harness racing volumes, including a near-complete set of Wallace’s American Trotting Registers, and complete sets of Wallace’s Yearbooks, USTA Yearbooks and USTA Sires & Dams. They are all triplicate library copies.

All proceeds benefit the Peter Delvin Haughton Research Library’s book restoration fund which helps repair and rebind an average of 20 books annually, most of which were printed in the 19th century.

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is located at 240 Main St. in Goshen, N.Y. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (last tour 4:00 p.m.). Currently free admission is offered for walk-in visitors courtesy of The United States Trotting Association. Full group tours (by reservation) are $4.00/person.
