Chester, PA — In cooperation with the USTA’s Strategic Wagering Program, Harrah’s Philadelphia will feature a $15,000 guaranteed Pick-5 pool on Sunday (Nov. 6).

The Pick-5 begins in the fifth race and has a low 18 percent takeout.
