Chester, PA — Due to the special racing program on Tuesday (July 3) at 2:05 p.m., Harrah’s Philadelphia will be holding qualifiers on Monday (July 2) at 10 a.m.
Entries will be accepted until Sunday (July 1) at 11 a.m.
