Lexington, KY — Plenty of eyebrows were raised with the announcement that Woodbine Entertainment Group and the Jeff Gural-owned tracks of the Meadowlands, Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs were joining together in a new integrity policy.
Kathy Parker talked to Gural about the policy and she added input from WEG’s Clay Horner.
