Milton, ON — Woodbine Entertainment today announced a mandatory payout for the Woodbine Standardbred Jackpot Hi-5 on Saturday (June 16).
The Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout adds to an already stacked card, which is headlined by the C$1 million Pepsi North America Cup.
Horseplayers will be flooded with big pools and competitive racing all evening leading up to the Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout on the card’s 15th and final race.
Several previous Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payouts have topped more than C$2 million in new money. The most recent mandatory payout at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Oct. 14, 2017, had C$2.3 million in new money wagered.
The Jackpot Hi-5 carryover is currently C$138,793.89.
Horseplayers can expect to play into larger Hi-5 pools this week leading up to the mandatory payout. This Friday (June 15), which is the final night to play ahead of the mandatory payout, could see a Hi-5 pool of more than C$100,000.
