Kommin On Strong lives up to name in Meadows feature

Washington, PA — Kommin On Strong moved powerfully first-over and passed Whiskey Blu in the shadow of the wire to score in Thursday’s (Aug. 4) feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $14,000 conditioned trot.

Kommin On Strong was third when Mike Wilder sent her after Whiskey Blu. It took every inch of the stretch, but the 4-year-old daughter of Donato Hanover-Komma Ka Z downed Whiskey Blu by a head in 1:54.3. Killer Instinct rallied for show.
