East Rutherford, NJ — One week after the late Super High Five featured a mandatory payout that returned $3,269 to 276 winning tickets, the early Jackpot Super High Five was hit by one lucky horseplayer for $47,949.90 for a 20-cent wager. The jackpot carryover was $38,241 entering Saturday (July 23) night.

The early Jackpot Super High Five had gone unclaimed since April 1 when it was hit for $20,354.
Winning Linc, driven by Scott Zeron and trained by Tony Alagna, keyed the winning sequence, winning the fifth race in the final strides at 20-1. He was followed across the finish line by narrow second wagering choice Spicebomb and favored Jann and Dean. Uncle Nicky was fourth at 26-1 and the sequence was rounded out by 63-1 Gotti.
