Pompano Beach, FL — Meet My Ex continued to add to her bankroll as the three-year-old filly by Keystone Nordic posted her fourth straight win at Pompano Park on Saturday, scoring a two and one-quarter length victory in the second race trot for driver Bruce Ranger in 1:592.

Pompano’s leading driver Bruce Ranger was hot early on, winning four of the first seven races on the program. Ranger also won the 10th and final race for his five bagger on the night.
The fastest race of the night, despite the rain, was the fourth race pace where Ranger teamed up with Executive Branch to post a 1:521 victory, leading by as many as 11 lengths at the top of the stretch.
Rare Glory ($35.40) and driver Anthony Napolitano pulled off the upset of the night at odds of 16-1, winning the ninth race $10,000 Open Handicap Pace by a head in 1:542.
The feature race saw Joey Zaza and driver Wally Hennessey leave first from the gate with Rare Glory right on their back. Joey Zaza cut fractions of :273, :572 and 1:262 with the only challenge coming at the three-quarters by Little I Do N and driver Kevin Wallis.
As they came down the stretch, Napolitano pulled the pocket with Rare Glory and they were able to come on and just hold off Little I Do N to win in a photo finish. Joey Zaza was third.
It was the second win this year for Rare Glory, a five-year-old Florida-bred stallion by Raging Glory, who is owned and trained by Geoff Howles of Pompano Beach, Florida.
