Sandwich, IL — The Dekalb County Fair in Sandwich, Ill., and The Northern Illinois Colt Association will be presenting trophy blankets in memory of Mark Fransen and Tim Curtin during the races on Wednesday (Sept. 8).

Mark and Tim were Illinois horsemen who raced on the Illinois fair circuit and pari-mutuel meets. They both passed away in 2019.
