Freehold, NJ — Judge Stanley Chesler, hearing the request of trainer Lou Pena for a temporary restraining order of his exclusion from competing at Meadowlands Racetrack, opted to reserve his decision after a hearing Monday (Jan. 9) at Federal District Court in Newark, N.J.
Theresa Trivino, clerk to Chesler, confirmed late Monday afternoon that Chesler would review materials regarding the matter and make a ruling at a later, unspecified date.
