Northfield Park horsemen support local charity

Northfield, OH — On Sunday (Aug. 18) Northfield Park horsemen held their fourth annual John Perrin Memorial golf outing and picnic at Fox Den golf course in Stow, Ohio.

Occasional rain drops and hail did not detour more than 100 participants, who enjoyed a round of golf while raising money for local charity, Heaven’s Helping Hands. HHH helps support foster children and their families in Summit County, Ohio.

Craig Dyer, HHH manager, posted on his Facebook page, “I woke up this morning to the news that not only did so many people brave the weather, but gave so, so, so generously, that they were able to raise $2,019. Thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, golfers, members and anyone associated with this event. We are absolutely blown away.”

Thank you to the following sponsors and supporters who helped make the raffle a huge success. Steve Ashby and Kelly Jackson, Big Dee, Bang Bang Stables, Billy and Leah Rhoades, Calvin Hollar, Cubbie Van Wagoner, Johnny Yoder, Jessica Roegner, Lake Equine Associates, Aaron Merriman, Robin Miller, MGM@Northfield Park, Northfield Tack, Spennatos, Jodi and Sam Schillaci, Nicole and Ryan Stahl and Wollam Farm.
