Columbus, OH — The USTA and the OHHA will be offering an eight-hour, County Fair Official CE program starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday (Nov. 6) at Hollywood Dayton Raceway.

Starter Mike Woebkenberg will be leading the meeting, which will include, but not be limited, to the following topics:

1. Race office/race day protocol
2. Post parades
3. Radio communication between officials
4. Scratches/driver changes
5. Dealing with objections
6. Safety procedures/horse down

Any fair officials, speed superintendents, fair board members or interested parties are encouraged to attend. The meeting will take place in the lower grandstand area.
