Columbus, OH — With the holiday weekend coming up, don’t forget you can order electronic eligibilities 24/7 through your USTA MyAccount. After you log-in, select ‘Horse’ and then ‘Electronic Eligibility (Lifetime)’ from the list of products.

Search for a horse by their registration number, name or dam. The Search Results screen will let you know if the horse is DNA tested, microchipped and if it already has US or Canadian eligibility. To proceed, you will then choose whether you want eligibilities on the trot or pace.

While you can always successfully check-out via MyAccount, please be sure the following requirements are met to ensure eligibility activation:

— horse is DNA tested, with results on file at the USTA
— the ownership is correct, with no transfers pending
— all owners hold current USTA (or Standardbred Canada) membership

Ordering eligibilities online is easy to do for one or 20 horses; after selecting your first horse, to add additional eligibilities to your already open cart, click the red “add horse” box.

If you are a trainer in Online Entry, you can also order eligibilities after you select the horse from “Drop in the Box.” When viewing the condition sheets, select the “Purchase EE” link that is underneath the horse’s name.

The cost to order eligibilities is $100 and they are good for the life of the horse. For more information about electronic eligibility, visit this webpage.

Members can self-serve many of their USTA needs with a USTA MyAccount, including membership renewal, transferring ownership, registering foals and more. Purchase confirmations will come from onlineservices@ustrotting.com; an email with details about anything holding up your purchase will come from memberservices@ustrotting.com, so be sure to add those email addresses to your safe sender list. You can also access your “Work in Progress at the USTA” from your MyAccount home screen to view details about why submitted work is still pending at the office.
