Wilkes-Barre, PA — Ellen Taylor, executive director of the Harness Horse Youth Foundation, received a mock check showing the very real $5,000 that the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission, represented by Commisioner Art Manuel and Chairman Roy Wilt, is presenting to the HHYF in a ceremony during the Commission meeting on Thursday (July 19) at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs.

Taylor was at Pocono for a seventh straight year of hosting a Harness Racing Youth League camp at the northeast Pennsylvania track.
