Washington, PA – Lace up your sneakers and join the movement! The annual Pacing for the Cure 5K Walk/Run is set to take place on Sunday, July 20, at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, with the event starting promptly at 10 a.m.
This family-friendly event combines fitness and philanthropy, raising awareness and funds for individuals living with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, and cancer and supporting their families with essential mobility and medical equipment. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just want to walk in support of a meaningful cause, this event is open to all.
Participants will enjoy a scenic course around the racetrack grounds, community camaraderie, and the chance to make a real difference – one step at a time. Stick around after the race for refreshments, giveaways, and an opportunity to meet members of the harness racing community who help make this event possible.
Registration is now open at this link.
All proceeds go directly to Pacing for the Cure’s mission of support, hope, and mobility.
