Columbus, OH — John Brennan is reporting on northjersey.com that a lawsuit by Lou Pena against the Meadowlands was dismissed in U.S. District court on Thursday (Jan. 26).
According to the story, Pena, who had sued to try to eliminate the ban on his racing at the Meadowlands, filed a “notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice” on Wednesday (Jan. 25).
