Wilkes-Barre, PA — Qualifying races at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, scheduled for Wednesday (March 21), will be moved to Thursday (March 22) at 10 a.m., due to the impending winter storm, and for the safety of our horsemen and horses.
