Ready Cash dominate Swedish classic race

Stochampionatet, SWE – a classic Swedish trotting race for 4-year-old mares over 1 5/8-mile with a purse for the winner of $230.000 dollars was raced Sunday afternoon (July 24) at Axevalla and was won by Great Skills with trainer/driver Daniel Wäjersten in the bike followed by Lara Boko with Jorma Kontio and Felicia Zet with Björn Winner.

The winner was timed in 1.56.3f (mile rate) which is a new world record, the old record was 1.57.1f held by Honey Mearas, who win the race last year.

The great French sire, Ready Cash is the sire to the winner Great Skills and to the third horse, Felicia Zet and a grandfather to Lara Boko, who finished second!

In fact, Great Skills and Felicia Zet is bred in the same way with Ready Cash on a Andover Hall-mare.
