from the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame
Goshen, NY — Bring the kids ages 3-12 to the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, located at 240 Main Street, Goshen, N.Y., on Saturday (March 31) from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. for a fun-filled morning of seasonally oriented crafts, horse-themed games, egg hunt and a ride on the Harness Racing 3-D Simulator, all for only $5 per child — and parents are free.
Spring is an exciting time when nature comes to life and fills with color. During this event children will decorate a Spring tin for their candy and trinkets, print with real horseshoes to create a flower design, hunt for eggs, enjoy tasty cookies, play horsey-themed games, and everyone will get a ride on the world’s only Harness Racing 3-D Simulator. There will be many eggs to search for in the courtyard or around the Museum, depending on the weather. The egg hunts begin at 12 p.m., divided by age groups — and every egg is a winner. Art supplies are limited, first come first served.
Programs are made possible with support from the NYS Agriculture & Horse Development Fund and the NYS Council on the Arts.
