Bestfriend Volo and Moni Book have stamped themselves as the horses to beat in the Bobby Weiss Series for 3-year-old trotting colts, each winning their second straight preliminary Sunday evening (April 16) at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania while both taking new marks of 1:55.

While One Last Laugh (McArdle) was a winner three starts back against some top-tier talent, he had yet to return to form against Open company until Sunday (April 16) after getting a perfect trip in the $19,000 co-featured event at MGM Northfield Park.

James Slendorn hit the accelerator and Jim King Solomon swooped the field to take their respective $9,000 American Harness Drivers Club (AHDC) Trots at Freehold Raceway on Saturday afternoon (April 15).
