Celina, OH — Torpedo Joe won the Portage River Pace on Wednesday night (July 18) at the Ottawa County Fair in Oak Harbor, Ohio with a time of 1:57.

Torpedo Joe nipped Noble Jetta and former SS Pace champ Tattler’s Jet at the line for the win in the highlight of the night. Chad Peters drove Torpedo Joe for the win and also notched the 10 SS points for owner James Shull.

The Signature now moves on to Tiffin and the Seneca County Fair on July 22 and 23 for the Ned Hodkinson Trot and Subway Pace.
