Columbus, OH — According to a report from Harness Racing Update, trainer Rene Allard’s attorney, Jennifer Friedman, will appeal the $5,000 fine, one-year suspension and two years of probation her client received from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) on Thursday (April 19) for two Class I drug positives.
