Washington, PA — In his second start of the year, Trustworthy Kid exploded to the lead and rolled home in a sharp 1:53.1 to capture Monday’s (May 11) $18,000 Winners Over $10,000 Life Handicap Trot at The Meadows.
Trustworthy Kid earned more than $100,000 last year, and his performance Monday for Brian Zendt suggests he’ll continue to pad his career bank account of $262,666.
He defeated TSM Photo Bugger by 1-1/4 lengths, with Mike The Trader third.
