Harrington, DE — The annual membership meeting of USTA District 11 (Delaware, D.C., Maryland, Virginia) was held at Harrington Raceway on Friday (Dec. 1) at 5 p.m.
Director Dan Bittle led the meeting, which included voting on 24 proposed rules/bylaws changes.

Mr. Bittle was elected 2018 chairman of District 11, where the directors are Dr. William Moffett, John Hensley, and Russell MacKinnon.
