USTA District 11 meeting recap

Dover, DE — On Thursday (Nov. 17), Chairperson Dan Bittle and Director Corey Callahan hosted the annual USTA District 11 meeting at Dover Downs in Dover, Del.

The meeting included a discussion of and voting on the 21 rule and bylaw change proposals. The 2023 proposed rule changes may be found here.

Proposal #2 – Infield Pond Barriers: ACCEPTED as amended to read “All track infields shall be enclosed with a fence (or barrier).”
