by TC Lane, USTA Director of Registry and Member Services
Columbus, OH — If you need your horse freeze branded and DNA’d and you live in any of the New England states, the USTA strongly encourages you to contact your ID technician, Stephane Bouchard.
He will be in the region from April 30 through May 1 to provide such service.
As a reminder, the DNA results take roughly two weeks from the date the sample was collected before a result is available. All horses must be freeze branded and DNA’d before a horse can be either transferred, eligibilities issued or to even receive hard copy registrations, so act now.
Bouchard can be reached at 914.656.0869 or by email at bouchardyonkers@gmail.com.
