Vernon and Tioga alter post times for Friday and Saturday
July 19, 2019,Due to possible record setting temperatures on (July 19) and Saturday (July 20), Vernon Downs and Tioga Downs will move post times back by an hour.
Vernon Downs will begin at 7:10 p.m. on both days while Tioga Downs will start at 7:15 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
