Swedish-owned Wild Honey raced for the last time this past Sunday afternoon (Feb. 11) in the Prix de France at Vincennes.

Wild Honey has been retired and will be bred to Propulsion.
A big career has come to an end. Wild Honey raced 51 times and won 26 races. She had earnings of $1.7 million and took a mark of 3,1.50.4.
Among her wins as a 3-year-old were the Breeders Crown, Hambletonian Oaks, Kentucky Futurity Filly and Pennsylvania Sire Stakes final. In the United States she was campaigned by Jimmy Takter and driven by Yannick Gingras and John Campbell.
After her 2015 campaign, Wild Honey was sold to the powerful Swedish stable Stall Zet and was trained by Daniel Redén. From Redén’s training she raced 23 times and won nine races.
Her first partner in the breeding shed will be Propulsion, who is also owned by Stall Zet.
