On Wednesday (April 17), Northfield Park will be offering a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced takeout rate of just 14 percent and starts in the eighth race.

Analysis:

Race 8: (2) Formula T drops in class and draws better than he has been drawing. (5) Floridaboy Clayton drops in class, makes his second start off of layoff and has every reason to improve.

Race 9: (2) I’m A Sakra moves to the Langley barn and that appears to be a winning move for many. (3) Pax looks to be on the lead and will carry the field as far as he can.

Race 10: (1) Matthew’s Game Boy has two wins in a row and looks to attain a threepeat tonight.

Race 11: (3) Master Wheels is on a win streak but is facing tougher tonight. (4) Hat could be successful in her Cleveland debut. (6) Legacy Chip has three wins in a row; has a big shot again tonight but may not be able to win them all.
