Spectacular Saturday at Pocono with Sun Stakes eliminations

Wilkes-Barre, PA — The very best trotters and pacers in North American harness racing will be converging on The Downs at Mohegan Pocono with elimination races being held this Saturday (June 24) for the right to participate in the Sun Stakes Saturday supercard on Saturday (July 1).

Ariana G will take on male rivals in the Earl Beal Memorial eliminations on Saturday at Pocono.

The star-studded card for the first day of next month includes the $500,000 Franklin Pace, the $500,000 Hempt Pace for 3-year-old colts and geldings, the $500,000 Beal Trot for 3-year-olds, and the $300,000 Lynch Pace for 3-year-old fillies. All events will have three eliminations with the top three finishers in each contest advancing.
