Pompano Beach, FL — On the heels of a $19,215 Pick-5 carryover on Monday night, Pompano Park will offer its largest guaranteed pool in history — $100,000 — on Tuesday’s (Dec. 29) Pick-5, which begins in the first race.

The $100,000 guarantee is the result of a flurry of longshots winning the first three races — 11-1, 12-1 and 10-1 — followed by an 8-5 favorite and a 9-2 chance in the final leg of the Pick-5.

Tuesday’s 10 race program also features a Pick-4 with a $15,000 guaranteed pool with an industry low 12 percent takeout and a Super Hi-5 carryover of $27,446.02.
