Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, July 14, 2018

I had a very good night last night with six winners including a $14.20 winner and a $24.20 winner, but I missed the Pick-4, minus $12. Meet totals, 6 for 50, plus $160.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

$1 play: 58/145/356/6 = $18

Analysis:

Race 8: (8) Thinkbig Dreambig is one of the Best Bets tonight, he’s improving with every start and will be a price. But I’m also using the favorite, (5) Courtly Choice. The Meadowlands Pace looks wide open.

Race 9: (4) Shartin N is going to be tough to beat here but I’m also going to use two others, (1) Blue Moon Stride and (5) L A Delight.

Race 10: (5) McWicked is in top form but I’m also going to use two others, (3) Heaven Rocks A, and (6) Donttellmeagain.

Race 11: I like (6) Clouseau Hanover here; he was used hard parked most of the mile, forcing a fast pace in last. With any sort of decent trip, he’ll be tough to beat.
