Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Saturday, June 30, 2018

I missed the Pick-4 last night, minus $10. Meet Totals, 6-for-46, plus $228.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 234/2,10/2369/35 = $24

Analysis:

Race 8: This is a pretty wide-open race. (2) Clouseau Hanover missed some time but may have a class edge. (4) Major War has speed to steal it. (3) Sams Triple Crown is in sharp form.

Race 9: (10) Midnight Lightning drops sharply. (2) Bettors Glass ships in from Yonkers and gets a better post.

Race 10: This race is competitive. I’m going to use all four of my listed contenders, 2, 3, 6, 9.

Race 11: (3) Spicebomb is overdue and the drop to the bottom level may get him back to the winner’s circle. (4) Drunk On You Love disappointed in last, but is still a big threat here.
