Meadowlands Pick-4, Races 8-11, Friday, June 29, 2018

I missed the Pick-4 Saturday, minus $8. Meet totals, 6 for 45, plus $238.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick- 4 betting, the next ranked horse in my regular Meadowlands selections that are on the USTA website becomes the replacement pick.

50-cent play: 68/13468/5/58 = $10

Analysis:

Race 8: (6) Samo Different Day is quick early and gets Gingras in the bike tonight. (8) Helpisontheway appears to be the best trotter but has to get involved from post nine.

Race 9: This group of 2-year-old filly trotters appears wide open. I am using five here, all four of my listed contenders, 1, 3, 4, 8, and I’m also using the 6.

Race 10: (5) You Know You Do had a tough trip in last at Pocono and broke. I’ll single this one tonight.

Race 11: (5) French Café prepped well for good first start barn. (8) Whispering Oaks broke in debut when 2-5; trainer can fix problems.
