I wasn’t close in the late Pick-4 Saturday, minus $18. Meet totals, 6 for 41, plus $289.45. Note, if one of my Pick-4 picks is scratched prior to the start of the Pick-4 betting, the next ranked horse in my Meadowlands selections becomes the replacement pick.

Analysis:

Race 6: (1) Terror At Night made my sharp list and ships in, and (7) Rockin Praline comes off a strong closing effort. I’ll stick to these two here.

Race 7: I’m going to try a single here. (6) Princess Holly N is two-for-two since shipping in from down under and appears to have talent.

Race 8: This is a wide open race so I’m going five deep, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9.

Race 9: This is a pretty wide open race. I’m going to use three, 3, 6, 8.
