Saturday night my Best Bet and single, Mister Truth, won and paid $6.80, but I had three out of four again when my single in the last leg lost by a nose.

Analysis:

Race 7: This is a wide open race. I’ll try four — 3, 5, 6 and 9.

Race 8: I’m going to use four here — 3, 4, 5 and 8 — in another wide open race.

Race 9: (8) Waiting On A Woman is my Best Bet. He has class over the track and a chance to upset, so I’ll use him as a single.

Race 10: Another wide open trot race. I’m using all four of my listed contenders — 1, 2, 6 and 9.
