Pandy’s Meadowlands $50,000 Guaranteed Pick-4 with 15% takeout, Races 8-11, Saturday, December 12, by Bob Pandolfo.

Last night I had the first three in the Pick-4 but the $56 winner in the 11th race wiped me out, minus $24.00.

Analysis:

Race 8: Very good race to start the late Pick-4. There are several ways you could go but I’ll try two, Winds Of Change (9) has been sharp against quality stock at Yonkers and he handles two turns very well. Badix Hanover (7) has raced well against older horses and chased the top colt in last two starts.

Race 9: Escape The News (9) ships in from The Meadows for Burke and this horse has paced some big miles over this track. Restless Native (5) was reclaimed off a nice win for sharp barn. Up Up And Out (4) disappointed in last but had a tough trip against a pretty tough field.

Race 10: Mighty Peruvian N (6) had post nine and not much of a shot trying to close off a slow pace against better; drops and gets Callahan back. Darcee N (10) comes off a game uncovered effort.

Race 11: I’m going to use all four of my contenders in this wide open race, 2, 5, 8, 9.
