Last night I tried two tickets worth a total of $48 and I had two out of four.

Meet totals: standard ticket, 16 plays, -$202, whale ticket, seven plays, -$198.50

Standard ticket: 50 cent play: 2/5789/29/27 = $8
Whale ticket: 50 cent play: 25/5789/29/27 = $16

Analysis:

Race 7: I used two tickets tonight. My single on the standard ticket is (2) Magic Starlight, who is sharp for top connections and should be on the lead turning for home.

Race 8: This race is tough. I picked a horse that is 20-1 on the morning line, (5) Bad I Am, who cleared late in last, but I am using all four of my contenders here.

Race 9: (2) Rock Of Cashel and my top pick (9) Up Front Billy seem like the two best here.

Race 10: This race is pretty wide open. I picked (2) Marquesas at a price, and I’m also using the favorite, (7) Casanova Lindy.
